Gratuity is not required, but graciously appreciated.

All services are by appointment only. No shows, cancellations or changes to appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a pre-determined charge.

Wrap Packages may be used by one person only unless another arrangement has been made at the time of purchase and is so noted by Five Element Wellness Center personnel on the receipt and in our records. All packages are good for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable.

All pre-paid services must be scheduled and completed within one year of purchase, including wrap packages.

Late appointments may result in a loss of that clients' time to the extent that the client is late. Massage appointments not kept or not cancelled with 24 hour notice will forfeit the price paid, no exceptions.

All of our Coupons and Gift Certificates have expiration dates. Be sure to verify before your visit that any Coupon or Gift Certificate is still valid and useable for the service you wish to receive. Coupons and Gift Certificates are valid only for the services or items listed on them. A single or Gift Certificate is useable for only one person unless explicitly stated otherwise in its text. Coupons and Gift Certificates may not be combined with other offers. For example, a person may not use a coupon towards a body wrap package price. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Any client who refers 3 (three) new clients to Five Element Wellness Center will receive a free treatment of their choice. The person receiving the referral credit must have been a paying body wrap customer at least one day prior to the referral. Referred clients must write the name of the client referring them on the intake questionnaire at the time of their first appointment. This may not be changed afterwards. Group appointments do not count as referrals.
